You have a distinct passion for challenge and conceptualizing processes and systems to manifest a sustainable solution.  Your core responsibility will be to know data intimately, transforming it into strategic and operational insights to efficiently and accurately execute paid media digital campaigns and develop systems to increase team efficiency and consistency of campaigns delivered. 

Primary Role and Responsibilities

  • You will lead and support the implementation of our paid digital strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • You will be our master storyteller with a keen ability to spot the data, interpret its findings, and present them in a format that is easily understood by a wide array of audiences
  • You will develop and manage data driven and effective strategies for various brands to position them as ‘top of the table’ in the digital space and the consumers’ minds
  • You will measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
  • You will create and analyze reports on social media campaigns and ad performance
  • You will maintain strong expertise in digital marketing trends, emerging tools and channels, and programmatic media buying to keep us & our clients ahead in the digital space
  • You will confidently relate with business executives representing the Caribbean’s leading brands, to derive creative solutions that match their users’ needs
  • You will continuously improve and focus on refining processes to optimize execution of strategies and campaigns internationally
  • You will manage multiple projects to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards are met per KPIs
  • You will project lead on interactive projects, including Quality Assurance and testing
  • You will use a thoughtful and patient approach to greater team collaboration. A willingness to learn and be part of a team

Qualifications and Experience

  • First degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of previous agency experience as a Digital Manager or Social Media Manager in an agile, dynamic environment
  • A proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills and implementation skills, ability to synthesize and provide recommendations
  • Eagerness to learn and can-do attitude, willing to take on new projects and expand digital marketing capabilities

Working Hours and Location:

  • Our offices are based in Kingston, Jamaica 
  • Normal office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday 
  • Flexible work arrangement available in most cases (must be agreed with the Manager)
  • May be required to work outside of regular working hours as required by assignments
